Palacete Molina has a washing machine and separate dryer on the 3rd floor. We also provide detergent, laundry basket, drying stand, ironing board & iron and of course we are happy to arrange dry cleaning should you need - rate depends on the garment.

Hello, unfortunately we cannot see what apartment you are refering to. The only apartments that include parking is the 01 and 04. For the rest, there is a practical parking house a 3 minute walk away that costs 18€/day. With kind regards.

Can the deluxe studio fit two cots?

Certainly! Please note that we include one for free in the rental. The second cot will depend on if we have a spare one to give you during your stay. Should we not have one we can offer you a rental for 20€.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palacete de Molina. It is on a great location and the facilities are well kept. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here if we return to Sevilla.

AMAZING location and value!
AMAZING location and value, one of the few in the historic city center with private parking available. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean with lots of convenient touches like USB ports everywhere for charging devices and flat-screen TV with access to netflix, Amazon prime video etc. checkin process was easy and friendly
